Information for APPLICANTS

If you are interested in renting one of our properties, you are in the right place. This page contains all of the information that you need to apply for one of our rentals. The information on this page will guide you through the application process. Once you are approved, visit our "APPROVED" page for information on the next steps.

Application

Checklist

This form is a MUST! We cannot process your application until all parts of the application are received, so this will help you get everything organized.

Employment Verification

You fill out the top of the form, intial the bottom, and have your current employer complete the rest. You can also provide the form to us with the top completed and we can contact your employer.

Full Application

Although we do not currently offer an online application, you can complete the it on your computer and email it to us. You must use the "SIGN" feature in order to save your completed application for emailing. You are also welcome to print it out before or after entering your information.

Residence Verification

You fill out the top of the form, intial the bottom, and have your prior landlord complete the rest. You can also provide the form to us with the top completed and we can contact your prior landlord.

Once you have submitted your COMPLETED application, you should have an approval or denial within 2-3 business days. However, this process may be delayed depending on the response time of your employer and landlord. Having your employer and landlord complete the approriate verification forms will assist in expediting the process. FSPM will submit your application to the homeowner after 3 business days, even if your application is not complete.
