We do our best to ensure that all relevant utility companies are represented here. 

 

Tenants, remember that most utility companies are closed on weekends and holidays.  You must be sure that utilities are scheduled to be activated and/or transferred to your name on the beginning date of the lease.

 

Homeowners, your tenants will have the utilities turned off on the last day of their lease agreement.  To ensure there is no lapse in service (and a re-connection fee), be sure to have the utilities transferred back into your name on that day.
