Renter's INSURANCE

Renter's Insurance is a MUST!  The homeowner's insurance DOES NOT cover any items that belong to you (your stuff) - this means if any of your stuff (furniture, food, clothes, electronics, etc.) are damaged for ANY reason...the homeowner is NOT responsible for replacement/repair/reimbursement of those items.  Renter's insurance is usually not very expensive and is DEFINITELY worth having.
