If all information has been properly submitted we will proceed with the renewal process by ordering the renewal lease.  Once it is received, we will forward it to you for review and electronic signature.

In order to facilitate a better understanding of your lease agreement, Full Service Property Management has developed the video below.  This video is intended to answer the most common questions associated with a lease agreement. Keep in mind that your lease may have additional stipulations that are NOT addressed in this video.  Be sure to READ YOUR LEASE in addition to watching the video.

 

If you have any questions or concerns that are not answered in the video, please contact Full Service Property Management immediately.  We want to make sure that all questions/concerns are addressed PRIOR to the lease signing.

 

You must view the ENTIRE video.  The required documents contain a stipulation requiring Homeowner and Tenant acknowledge and verify that each has watched the video in its entirety and have had ample opportunity to address any questions and/or concerns.
